Description:
Power used by GWI subsidiaries CIRR and Hilton and Albany RR is seen in the CIRR yard in Hilton. I think that was me that told you to get the photos of these units in their classic schemes before the corporate scheme became the order of the day...remember?? And while a good looking scheme, a lot of the classic are falling by the wayside.
